PROTUR HOTELS is the hotel division of Grup BAUZÁ. This hotel chain was established in 1985 and now has nearly 12,000 beds. Since then, we have been dedicated to organising your holidays in Mallorca, and since 2011, also in Roquetas de Mar, Almería.
Currently, we operate 18 establishments offering approximately 12,000 beds, located in the most attractive beaches and areas: Cala Bona, Cala Millor, Cala Rajada, Sa Coma, and Palma in Mallorca, as well as in Roquetas de Mar, Almería.
COTESA, the first company of the BAUZA GROUP, has been fulfilling dreams since 1973. As a leading developer, it has established itself as a reference in the construction sector in Mallorca, standing out for its experience and quality in the development of all types of residential projects. Their expertise includes the construction of apartments, single-family homes, villas, and estates, always adapting to the needs of their clients and adhering to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

COEMSA (Construcciones Embat S.A.), part of the BAUZA GROUP, is a construction company founded in 1985 in Mallorca. With over 15 million square metres built, it has established itself as a benchmark in the construction of residential buildings, apartment blocks, and hotel projects. Its experience allows it to carry out both in-house projects for the group and external collaborations, standing out for the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of its processes.
Son Servera Laundry, founded in 1969, offers impeccable industrial linen cleaning and treatment services, strategically located in Sa Coma. With over five decades of experience, it specialises in managing large volumes of textiles for hotels, restaurants, and other businesses in the tourism and industrial sectors. Its modern infrastructure and efficient processes ensure that each piece of linen is treated with the utmost care, maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards.
Aigües Sant Llorenç (Costera d’aigües i serveis) is a company dedicated to water management, offering various services to ensure the supply and maintenance of water and urban infrastructure. We handle the rental and maintenance of water and gas meters, as well as the management of sewerage and water evacuation. We also provide street cleaning, garden care, and pool maintenance services.
CAN PARRINO GAS STATIONS provide fuel in Son Servera, San Llorenç de Cardessar, and Palma, offering a comprehensive service that includes shops, car wash tunnels, and cafeterias. With a focus on customer service, the company specialises in retail fuel, petrol, and lubricants. Each station is designed to provide comfort and efficiency, ensuring quality products and quick service for all drivers. Additionally, its commitment to customer satisfaction ensures that every visit is a pleasant and convenient experience.
