You can choose the car group, which guarantees specific characteristics, and each group has a particular model. If the requested group is unavailable at the time of delivery, you will be given a higher group at no additional charge. We cannot guarantee a specific fuel type (petrol or diesel) or colour.
Yes. It is sufficient to specify this at the time of booking, as long as it is within one of our pick-up and drop-off areas.
Picking up or returning the car at the Airport requires a minimum of 4 full days of rental (96 hours), in addition to the payment of the corresponding extra fee of €110 for the service. If not, the booking will not be valid. A deposit of €125 will also be required via card pre-authorisation for fuel and refuelling purposes; this amount will not be charged if the vehicle is returned with the tank full, as it was delivered.
No. All our cars are fully insured with no excess or deposit, and they include CDW and SCDW insurance.
It is not allowed to take the cars, even between the islands, and it is not covered by the insurance.
Yes, as a 10% deposit of the total booking amount will be charged as a guarantee, which will be deducted from the total amount to be paid when the car is collected. In the event of cancellation, and as long as the cancellation conditions are met, this amount will be refunded.
The car is delivered with a specific fuel level at the time of rental, and the renter must return it with the same level as when it was handed over. Currently, it is delivered full and must be returned full. In the event the vehicle is returned with less fuel than when it was delivered, the corresponding cost for the difference will be charged to the customer according to the current price, plus a €20.00 refuelling service fee. No refund will be provided for incorrect fuel levels.

Before driving in our country, you should check if your driving licence is valid for driving in Spain, whether you need to exchange it, or if you need to obtain an International Licence. Depending on the origin of your driving licence, the requirements to drive in Spain may vary. Licences issued in European Union countries and the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway) are fully valid for driving in Spain as long as they are valid.
Once you enter the location and dates for your car rental in the Reservation Panel, you will be able to immediately confirm availability and price with no obligation. If you agree with the prices, you can proceed with the booking by registering as a new user and setting a password (alphanumeric, without special characters), and filling in the form with all the required details.Once the process is completed, you will receive an email with all the details of your request, confirming that it has been processed successfully and including all the relevant information.
